Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 29, 2026. Learn how Little Dog Coin (LDC) handles on-chain interactions, user privacy, and non-custodial Web3 security.
1. Introduction & Commitment to Privacy
Little Dog Coin ("LDC", "we", "our", or "the Platform") operates a decentralized Web3 platform, smart contract ecosystem, dynamic staking vaults, and presale infrastructure on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have complete transparency regarding how data is accessed, processed, and maintained in a non-custodial Web3 environment.
By connecting your Web3 wallet, participating in token swaps, staking LDC in vaults, or using any associated interfaces, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
A. Public Blockchain Data (Decentralized)
When you interact with our BEP-20 smart contracts on Binance Smart Chain, your public wallet address, transaction hashes, token balances, and contract call parameters are permanently published to the public blockchain ledger (BscScan). Blockchain data is inherently public and immutable; LDC does not possess the technical ability to delete, modify, or conceal on-chain transaction history.
B. Non-Custodial Wallet Interactions
We do NOT collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery passwords, or custodial wallet credentials. Your private keys never leave your device.
C. Member Portal & Legacy Synchronization
If you utilize the member migration portal or promoter tracking features, we may process account identifiers (such as username, registered mobile number for OTP verification, or promoter referral code) strictly to authenticate access, distribute promotional rewards, and facilitate balance synchronization.
D. Technical & Device Telemetry
When accessing our web interface, our servers may temporarily record standard network telemetry such as IP address (anonymized), browser type, operating system, and RPC connection performance to ensure system uptime, prevent DDoS attacks, and optimize node routing.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
- Automated Token Delivery: Processing automated hot dispenser transfers of LDC tokens directly into your connected Web3 address upon verified USDT receipt.
- Staking Vault Yield Calculation: Recording and validating lock durations, monthly compounding APY distributions, and principal release schedules.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Detecting fraudulent multi-wallet sybil attacks, bot spamming, and ensuring compliance with platform rate limits.
- Account & Phone Verification: Authenticating legacy user migrations and securing high-value dashboard modifications via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
4. Third-Party Integrations & RPC Providers
Our platform interacts with trusted third-party decentralized protocols, Web3 connectors, and infrastructure providers:
- Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Node RPCs: Binance DataSeed, Defibit, and LlamaNodes for on-chain block execution.
- Web3 Wallet Providers: MetaMask, TokenPocket, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, and WalletConnect.
- Explorers & Analytics: BscScan for public ledger transaction inspection.
Each third-party service maintains its own independent privacy practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy statements when using their software.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser LocalStorage and essential session tokens strictly to remember your connected wallet state, active staking tab selection, and authenticated session tokens. We do NOT utilize invasive third-party cross-site advertising trackers or sell browsing data to marketing brokers.
6. Data Retention, User Rights & Updates
You maintain the right to disconnect your Web3 wallet at any time, clear your browser local storage cache, or request the deletion of non-blockchain server authentication records. Please note that public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted or reversed due to the cryptographic immutability of distributed ledgers.
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect protocol upgrades or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be posted here with an updated effective date.
